I have decided along with one of my really good friends to start working out and getting into shape and eating healthier.
I've been pinning some simple work outs for different parts of my body that I can start doing starting Monday!!! I also downloaded some apps to my iPhone to help me with this, as well as a water log, to help me keep track of how much water I drink a day, and a beginners runner app to help me to get where I can run a full 5k, because...April 6, 2013 I am running a 5k called The Color Run, So this week is suppose to be nice with maybe a slight chance of rain but who cares so I cam going to take full advantage of my new jogging stroller and start my jogging and start doing it to where I can run the entire 5k without dying! I also want to be in decent shape for my honeymoon and my wedding :)
I will be sharing some of my work outs and pictures as I go and update you guys on how things are going with the whole work out process!
Also I am attaching a picture of the apps I am going to be using. I will do a review on which ones I like best once I get started and why so stay tuned!
I'm thinking of getting back into running so I can get back into shape. I really love running and using a C25K motivates me to get started. Good luck!
